Accessing the Web Interface

  • Open your Web Browser - this system works best with Google Chrome, but will work with most browsers such as Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Go to your customer login page. This link is in the email you were sent which also includes your password. The link is likely to be one of the following: http://voice.voice2net.ca, http://phone2net.ca, or http://phone.voice2net.ca
  • Business customers have a custom 'domain' where they can access the Web Interface.
  • You will be directed to a login screen where you will enter your telephone number in the User ID field. Your password should have received via an email upon the start of your Voice2Net service.
  • You will then be directed to the Administration pages for your account.


Changing settings in the Web Interface without knowledge of their function or without direction from a Voice2Net Technician can result in disruption of service.
