TrueDSL customers (Internet over the phone line):
Please connect your computer directly to your router and test your speed using the speedtest.net website: http://beta.speedtest.net
Wireless customers:
Please unplug the cable that is connected to the Internet jack on the back of your router and connect that cable to your computer. Please test your speed using the speedtest.net website: http://beta.speedtest.net
